Unlike other areas of 48PA3135 Feature 9 (a stone circle identified on 2008) was only lightly burned with root mat undamaged and revegetated quickly. No initial post-burn metal objects were recorded at this feature and all recovered in 2015 were within a centimeter or two of surface. Metal objects include both larger pieces and several chisel cut small fragments. Glass beads were also found at this feature after the fire. This feature is good candidate for test excavation.
